Before Dispatch
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is possible only if the order has not been packed, handed to the courier or dispatched.

After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy if you have received a damaged, incorrect or defective item.

Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, delivery details are incomplete, or there is a pricing or listing error. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
